Land | Carolina Mountain Sales has sold large land tracts and conservation properties across the Carolina mountains and foothills, including tract sizes of more than 100 acres.

Equestrian | We’ve earned a solid reputation in the equestrian market because we understand the unique needs of horsemen and the nature of horse properties. We’ve sold horse farms and equestrian community homes to a wide range of horsemen, from dressage riders and hunter/jumper competitors to breeders.

We combine comprehensive real estate experience with local market savvy and many years in residential development and construction.
